Lieutenant Bill Hatchett
Lieutenant Bill Hatchett has been with the Department since 1999. 
After his graduation from Western Washington University,
he worked as a counselor for drug and alcohol addicted youth, and helped people with mental illness gain and keep employment.
Lieutenant Hatchett was promoted to the rank of lieutenant on September 1,
2008. As Administrative Lieutenant, he is in charge of the
Investigations Section, Drug Task Force Officer, Support Services, and the
SCOPE volunteers. He is also the department's firearms instructor.
When off-duty, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading non-fiction, and partaking in outdoor activities.
